I have come up with. It has an egyptian sound to it.

Good friday everyone! In my previous blogs I announced
that Johan and I would do a live at home version of the
"Ocean song". Well we did and it came out fine took us
4 or 5 tries to get it good but thats not so bad since
we hardly play it on a daily bases, for Johan maybe but
not me.
We recorded this video Thursday Jan 28th 2010. I hope
you like the video, the sound quality is quite good since
we had the video and sound recorded at the same time
separately.
Also I have also provided a link to the studio version we
made in 04/04/08.

This is "The Songs of the days - 2009" FREE album!
Over the course of the year 2009 many songs where
made with no real idea onto what to do with them
other than just posting them singly in my blogs.
So I simply just made myself a simple cover and
sorted out all the songs and made a list of them
from most recent to the oldest. Sure it is a lot
easyer to access the songs cause it will also be posted
on my free music section as of now.
Songs include only free ones I decided to keep free
Dose not include any for sale songs. Or other free
albums made in 2009.

Well, today is Tuesday Jan 5th my first blog entry of
2010. I hope this new year will go well for all of us on
this planet, despite all the bad things I hear on the news,
Which I try to avoid cause sometimes at times it just
makes me feel like crap watching so many bad things
happen, but I guess it is sometimes worthwhile for me
to be informed. Thats what news dose I suppose.
Todays blog entry includes 2 free songs. The first
one is called "The blackness is my space" the second
in line is called "The number". "The number" is song I
wrote about a day I had waking up too late and
repercussions of such a simple doing.
"Imagination on", was recorded yesterday "The women with
the sticks" was recorded several days ago, While "homosapian"
was recorded sometime last month I think.
As it is Dec 23 and christmas is just around the corner I'd like
to wish everyone a great Christmas!

Today I decided to post this video my brother Johan
and I did sometime in Dec of 2008. I thought that maybe
having it on "You Tube" would be easyer to view the video
rather than having it as a just an avi file. It is just easyer
to play on a internet browser.
Another note, Sometime in January of 2010 Johan and I
are going to play a "live at home" version of "The Ocean
song". Probabley as close as we are going to get playing
live. We have already practiced it a little bit, seems to be
going well!

album release today! This one is called Piano & Bass
. This album is focused on piano
and bass pieces hence the title. I wanted to make
something more soft sounding, it came out pretty
good. Something I can listen to while I have the
lights turned off at my apartment, good sound.
3 tracks. I played all the drum and bass tracks
plus two other tracks I played the piano. Smooth
3 Piano track is played by my brother Johan.

Today on this cool Canadian afternoon
at around 4:12 pm. I have decided to post
this off topic subject of "Do it your self pro-
jectors" as in "DIY". Over the past several
months I have been working on this particular
projector, it's been really fun and rewarding
experience.

"Time for everything" has a new punk rock kind
sound while "Improviser" is like a large boat with
a fog horn, you'll know why when your hear it.

Here are two more recordings found in R.h.oZ's "Magic time traveling
bag". The first recording was made in 1994-95, using the "Realistic" toy
keyboard with "Modedit". The second recording was in 95 made with a
guy named Dan I knew in high school who owned an Amiga 5000, made
a couple tunes with that guy the rest of the recording was the keyboard
and "Modedit" i don"t remember recording but it is me singing in it.
Thanks to R.h.oZ these recordings are still around.. Wicked..!
Hi everyone. I had put a blog entry in yesterday about some music
I wrote that I made in 1994. It had some lyrics in it that I was not
proud of
so I changed the media file and took out the bad parts and I feel its a
much
better recording now. Sorry to those who had read it and listened to my
bull
shit. On a musical note, this recording is from R.h.oZ's magic time
traveling bag,
a bag of music that has kept and that has lasted over a decade. This
recording
was made using a Realistic keyboard bought from Kmart. I had recorded
this
onto a old stereo where I modified the mic input so I could record
directly to tape.
(Update Saterday August 1st) Some of the music was also made with
modedit
using a 386 IBM computer.

Well small update today, for those of you who might
have noticed I have been playing Jo-Jo with my website
I can't seem to make up my mind having in online or not.

I will soon be reuploading all my music
in a new audio format on this site
in a few days. The reason for this is because I am not quite sure of
using the mp3 format. This all lead me to this point of changing my
media format when I visited the mp3 licence website. Reading the terms
of the particular licence which applys to me got me thinking.
I thought to myself, I have tried to comply with their terms and
every time no matter what I do I seem to break a technical barrier.
I have always used the mp3 format fairly but something just dose
not seem fair to me. I have a lot of my content in mp3 format I have
even streamed an mp3. There just seems to be no common knowledge about
this.
When reading the mp3 terms which applyed to me which was the
(distribution
of electronic music). Commercial? or Not Commercial? My free mp3
downloads
are non commercial but the ones I sell are commercial and I try to
comply
with the mp3 licencing terms. But something just dose not seem right.
So, after carefull thought I am going to start using the "ogg" format.
The Ogg format seems to suit me well, no large restrictions from what
I have read about it and it is a pretty good quality audio format!
Reading some of the thingS the Ogg developers had to say about it all
sounded very nice and fair, it seems to me these days in the internet
world
a lot of confusion is or has been taken advantage of even in the good
ness
of our own hearts weather big company or small company we all try to do
the
right thing, or is it just confusion alltogether, I don't know.
But right now.. I know I want to protect myself from an unfair balance.
If I
can control the outcome of my own destiny I sure would try to..
Some thoughts on the use of "ogg" audio format.
The "ogg" Audio format is both playable in both Windows and Linux.
But you need particular software to play it. Vlc Media player, which
is available for both types of Operating systems can play "ogg" files.

With some available time on my hands, today I
began to play around with The Legendary Pink Dots
song "The more it changes". This is probabley my 9th
time doing a master mix down on this song. So which
means I have made 9 of them, this being the 9th of
course.
This new version or update on the song is really nice sounding
I think better than the one before, I think it just keeps getting
better and better! Added a bit of flanger on my voice I had also
made the bass more power like, But unfortunatley I could not
get the end violin part right, close but not close enough! Since this
songs source was made from a live version recording first and The
Legendary Pink Dots I think is studio version, its a bit of both
sources in there. Do I like the live version or the studio version?
I like them both as much, maybe having them mixed together
is a good thing but I certainly do not want to work on it so much
that I end up ruining it..lol. Maybe I will give it another go
when I decide I want to work on it more.
So here it is version 9. I have disabled all the other previous
links to the song before this one.
EDIT: (I went work on it again after I wrote this log entry and
thought I would tweak it a bit, little did I know changing the violin
to strings ensamble made it sound quite amazing! I am very happy
with my tenth recording of this song.

Well.. Heres another version of Glide.

drums. So far this one is my favorite.
Last night I had an incredible experience
making or shall I say remaking this song.
Came out so nice I like must have listened to
it a thousand times, noo. Just kidding. Maybe
an hour or more of listening to it. I did listen
to it more today and still liked it, I added some
finished touches and now I espeacially like it more.

I signed up for the RPM Challenge
once again and I am looking foward to recording a new album. What will
this album sound like? I have no idea and I find this liberating! Will
I be happy with or even like the resulting album? I can only hope! Will
it be fun? Absolutely!!!
For those of you who may not be familiar with the RPM
Challenge, it's a contest without the prize. The goal is to record an
album which consists of 10 songs or 35 minutes of original material in
28 days.
Why you might ask? Just because you can!!!
Now with that siad...This year unlike last year will be a
little different for me because I will be facing this Challenge as a
Band. We call ourselves Electroniek
Symphoniek and we are an experimental net base band from Canada.

began and continue to annoy and devour the strange sounds found in
elevators.
Our influences include music written and recorded by other people, the
sound my vacuum cleaner makes and each others nostrils.

A small but important update. I had made several
versions of "the legendary pink dots" cover of "The
more it changes". Although I asked specifically for
permission to put one of the songs I made a cover of
I ended up assuming I could post the same song of
different versions on my website. Stupid me, I went
a little overboard, after a while my concious was getting
to me about that, so.. the other previous versions I made
was at least 6 of them I have blanked out and the links no
longer work on the other pages but this only one below. : /

implys internet related things are not real. I logged myself on Facebook and decided I
would look for some friends.
I clicked "Find Friends" botton When surprisingly I read something they
or
"Facebook" said this:

This is bullshit to me because if I haven't spoken to friends I haven't
spoken to in a long long while
or I don't speak to them in a regular bases for reasons I don't even
know then I guess "Facebooks"
implication means that I am friends with them, that is "Facebooks"
ideals. With that "Facebook"
statement in mind, I could easily simply just say "Facebook internet
related social networks are not
real" Since they say "in the real world"
I am not about to believe that the things I do that are internet
related are not real because it simply
is real!
Oh well.. So I guess this means I'm not suppose to meet new people on
"Facebook" and it also means
people who use it have the same ideals, I suppose this is my fault for
assuming that "Facebook" is
good social networking utility.
I think they have some thing to figure out.

rereleased this mid Oct has had reports of the music skipping
on ogg media players. But there is a solution! Check back
within a week for another release of this Album and a see a

Well hello everybody. This quiet morning
here in Whitby
around 7:35 am I got around to what I think I might call
a finallity for my "The more it changes" LPD cover version
expirence. To a total of EDIT: 7 versions of this song I have
decided to give it a rest for a while. These versions which are
all different in someway have a very close relationship to the
ones I have heard The Legendary Pink Dots play. 3 to date I
have heard, a live version that was on their website many years
ago, and one I heard through "You tube", and the latest I have
heard on their "Myspace" page. So there are EDIT: 7 I have
come up with. A lot of the songs here where interpreted from
songs I have already heard, most of the finalized covers have
mistakes, some in different key and some off by a mile. If you
where to ask me what which ones I like the best, I would tell
you two versions, first one would be Version 2. and the second
one would be the one I just finnished Version 4.1.

I know this post has nothing to do with music
but I am excited about this. several weeks ago I found
an amazing product called an e-cigarette. The reason I
am excited about this whole thing is because normal cigarettes
are obviously bad for me. But, these e-cigarettes are completely
free from bodly harm.
An e-cigarette called an "electronic cigarette" is a device which
can deliever nicotine to the body by a kind of vapor, no real
smoke required. My expirence from these e-eigarettes is that
it is quite good. There not to expensive, and there lots of
different kinds of them. Come in different flavors with different
nicotine strength levels. I also believe it is a good way to quit
smoking also a good alternative because it dose not have chemicals
that are harmfull to the body.

It has been a busy week for me! Having a website, constently keeping it

in relation to the subject matter (music) has not been easy. I lost a

Today
and
now at this evening of mid april
I feel alone I havent felt this feeling
in years. Though I know the closest person
to me is my neibour who I always nod to when
I see him as if everything was ok and it is
I worrie about my health I wonder if I am
going to die soon I dont know why but I find
that funny. probobely because its not true
I stood up a couple of times and I felt
the blood from my head go down my body
its a light headedness thing, I wish I wasnt
so crazy and keep my self at a good guard
although I am not sure Id like that.
I like to feel good feelings, bad is not good
for me though I dont think it is for anybody
else for that matter.
life sure dose have meaning I can just easly
reread what I read and I simply understand
it more cause I know the more I study something
in particular I find flaus in my own thinking
something I might have missed or understood.
my brain the brain is a brain i dont have much
to say now. i feel tired.

A nice sounding song

Here is a song my brother and I made we worked on
for about 4 or 5 hours in two days to complete. There
are no lyrics in it, we still might put lyrics into it, just
what we don’t know yet. It’s got a bass line and
a sort of jumpy guitar sound I made, my bro made
a multitude of different solo guitar parts he also came
up with the drum beat.
Theres a really good recreation of “Big
hand vs. Small hand“,
originally writen by R.h.oZ and I back in 1995. I remember
then it was such an amazing and fun song It was almost
impossible not to laugh when we sung it.

brother wrote the lyrics. I sung it a several days
ago,
it has an electronic dance feel to
it with a solo
guitar, reminds me of the
dance
music that was played in the early ninety’s played on radio
stations around the Toronto area.

Well I didn’t manage to get to one of this earths great oceans
to
make this video.
But! I did manage to record myself using my camera cell phone swimming
in my
apartment sitting on my chair with headphones on. And
then edit the video in
such away to have imaginary water waves
below myself. Hey! It looks like I
am swimming in my apartment and
theres a water leak! Enjoy the video
laugh if you want! The cool part in this video is my strides seem to go
with the

Today's free album I made is called
Lazy Sunday
Today I decided to put some info about the ogg's I sell
on this website in the music for sale section. This is what I wrote:

quick note about distributing mp3's. The mp3's that I sell on
this website are legal for me to sell, anybody who wishes to sell
their own composed music using the mp3 format must
follow the
guidelines. The guidelines are simple and can be found here: Here ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
For a person in my position who wants to sell their music using the mp3
format can just follow the guidelines in the agreement. See if I make
music and
I want to sell mp3's and my total annual revenue is less than $100,000,
the right thing to
do is send them the money for the percentage listed in the licensing
agreement
for each mp3 sold.
On another note
regarding this subject read what R.h.oZ
has to say about artists and music, some interesting thoughts
about Canada on U.S black list.

It seems to me that the
companys who claim have lost money
think that if people share files, like software and music are
losing money. How do they know the person is going to buy
it anyway, they get exposure through that anyway, what they
claim is illegal file sharing, since when is it wrong to share
anything? So in turn those companys have not lost
any money at all of what they claim because they can't
proove what they lost because they think if someone shares
something a person has bought that the sharey would
"automatically" just buy it. I believe their logic is this: The
math
rule about this is if 1 person out of a houndered buys a piece of
software and 99 of them are left and let's say 49 of them need
the same software. And the 1 person shares his software with
the 49 who need it than that means the 49 who have it won't
need to buy it. But than on the other hand if the 1 person dose
decide to share and the 49 who have a chance to use the shared
file "don't" take the shared file but instead buy it anyway that
mean's the 1 who shared it did not actually share it with the
49 who need it because they decided to buy it instead.
This is all about the logic of "chance".
